Day 1: Tarangire National Park
Begin your private safari adventure from Arusha, the heart of Tanzania’s safari region. Your experienced driver-guide will pick you up from your hotel and transport you to Tarangire National Park, famous for its large elephant herds and diverse birdlife. The landscape, characterized by ancient baobab trees and savannah, offers excellent wildlife viewing opportunities. Enjoy a packed lunch during your midday break and continue with an afternoon game drive to spot lions, zebras, and giraffes. As the day ends, you’ll head to Ngare Lodge for a delicious dinner and a comfortable overnight stay.

Ngorongoro, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, shelters the Big Five (lions, elephants, buffalo, leopards, and rhinos) along with thousands of flamingos on its soda lakes. The crater floor is a photographer’s paradise, with rich wildlife viewing all around. After a picnic lunch and an exciting day of exploring, return to Ngare Lodge for dinner and relaxation.

After breakfast at the lodge, check out and embark on the final leg of your journey back to Arusha. Along the way, you’ll visit a Maasai village, where you’ll experience the vibrant culture of one of East Africa’s most iconic tribes. Witness their traditional Adumu dance, where the Maasai men take turns jumping high into the air while singing their deep, rhythmic chants.
